Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
